All of the products that we offer come with a 2 year warranty. If this is longer, it is indicated with the product. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty within the warranty period, you can make use of the warranty.
What do we ask of the customer when returning?
- Contact us by mail
- Mail your warranty report
- In your email you give us your proof of purchase (with order number), a picture of the product and a brief description of the problem
- Also mention your name and address
If all of this is in order, we will email back with your return label, among other things. Further actions will be described in the mail.
Good service is of utmost importance to us. We do our best to complete a warranty request within 48 hours. If the faulty product can not be repaired, then it will be replaced with a new one and will be sent to you free of charge within 48 hours. You will receive an email from us so that you know we have completed your request and an indication of when you will receive the repaired/replaced product again. If it is expected to take longer than 48 hours, we will inform you as soon as possible via email with the expected delivery time.
