The 7064198 SpaceGym is the ultimate multi-fitness system, based on the flywheel trainers used by astronauts in space and suitable for cardio and strength training. With a complete exercise card with almost 40 exercises you can immediately do a full-body workout. The best part is that the Spacegym adapts to the intensity of your training. The harder you pull, the harder the Spacegym pulls back. With the standard disc supplied with the Spacegym, you can increase a force/resistance up to 20 kg. The 7064199 spare disc allows you to throw another 20 kg on top, so you can go even further into strength development! The Spacegym also requires minimal floor space for use, transport and storage, thanks to its compact design. With the 7064200 additional wall bracket for the Spacegym, you can choose to do various exercises in a horizontal angle. This allows you to train individual muscles different and more specific. Besides that, it also offers you a great way of storing the Spacegym, well organized against the wall instead of putting it into a corner or cabinet.
