The Batavia 7064270 Nexxsaw one-handed battery-powered chainsaw is a compact but also handy chainsaw that can be used with one hand. By nature, the Nexxsaw is a topper at (cutting) branches and pieces of wood at record speed. So it is ideal for heavy pruning work.
This Nexxsaw has something special, because unlike Nexxsaw V2 (7063825), Nexxsaw V3 has all kinds of nice extras. For example, version 3 has an oil lubrication system & a rotating head. So you can properly adjust your Nexxsaw to the job, and keep the same cutting performance due to the lubrication system.
The rotating head is adjustable between 0° and 32°. The 32° adjustment is ideal if you are working in front of you, sawing downward. The 0°, on the other hand, is much more convenient if you need to work above head height; take a tall tree, for example. At 0°, the Nexxsaw is at its longest point, and is thus best for cutting branches.
Another upgrade is the oil lubrication system. This system consists of a little button above the handle, where the oil fills up. If you press the little button, the oil is forced toward the sprockets and chain. This gives the chain, bar and motor less resistance to deal with; resulting in longer life overall, per battery charge and for better cutting performance.
Finally, the Nexxsaw is still very comfortable and safe to work with. Nexxsaw is equipped with a wide handle, movable bar guard and chain low kickback.
